⚓️ Get Nauti Booking Policy 🧾 Booking ConfirmationAll bookings made through our website are considered confirmed once payment is received or RSVP is submitted (depending on the event). You’ll receive a confirmation email — keep it handy, it’s your boarding pass to good times. ❌ Cancellations & ChangesWe get it — crew life moves fast. Events: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund or event credit. Merch Orders: Changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. No-shows won’t be refunded. To cancel or modify, email us at info@getnauti.co.za with your name, reference, and reason. 💸 Payments & PricingAll prices are listed in ZAR or EUR depending on location.We accept secure online payments via credit card, EFT, or designated platforms.Prices may be updated at any time without notice. Refunds (if applicable) are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. 🎟️ Event Access & Merch Pickup Show your email confirmation at the door or pickup point.
